What we do

We ask AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google AI and Copilot what they say about your business, compare that with the details you confirm, and show where an error comes from.

With a paid plan we publish a facts page, put your details in Google, Bing, Apple and Dutch directories, and ask sources with an error to fix it.

What we do not promise

Nobody decides what an AI assistant answers. We fix the sources those answers come from. Answers from a model's memory only change with a new model version.

A fix at another website or directory depends on that party and usually takes two to four weeks, sometimes longer.

Your details, your responsibility

You confirm your business's details yourself. We only publish and send what you have confirmed.

You give us permission to send correction requests to websites and directories on behalf of your business, and to update your Google Business Profile if you connect it.

Price and payment

Set it right costs €149 one-off. Keep it right costs €49 per month. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

You pay through Stripe with iDEAL, card or SEPA direct debit. You receive an invoice for each payment.

Cancelling

There is no notice period. You cancel any month under ‘Subscription’ in your account; the current month runs out.

When your subscription ends, we stop checking and updating, and your facts page redirects to your own website.

Liability

We do our work carefully, but are not liable for what AI assistants or other parties say about your business. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
